My name is Bill Powell, I am a member of the Salesfore MVP Hall of Fame, and multi-certified Salesforce Solutions Architect. I founded Tiny Feet Cloud Services to help small and mid sized businesses implement, adopt, and be successful with Salesforce. I felt that often times, unless a customer was very large, they were often forgotten about and left on their own to implement and configure Salesforce, which caused frustration and companies often abandoned the platform because of it. 
 

I believe the most success with Salesforce is achieved by taking small, iterative steps, treating your digital transformation as a journey, not a sprint.
